How to remove Obesity from Yoga: Vajrasana
Procedure:
It is a meditative asana. kneel down on the ground or floor with your knees, ankles and toes touching the ground. Your toes should be stretched backwards . Now place your palms of your hands on the knee. The upper body should be straight. At this time, the breathing should be deep, even & slow. Then expand your chest forward and pull your abdominal portion inwards.
Benefits:
1. It is helpful in improving concentration.
2. It enhance memory power.
3. It cure mental stress.
4. It helps in reducing hip fat.
5. It removes postural defects
Contraindications:
1. A person from joint pain should not perform vajrasana.
2. the individuals who have any spinal column problem should mot perform vajrasana.
